I ordered this to enable some featues on my ford vehicle. after trying a cheap bbfly elm327 lead which was useless i ordered this. plug and play easy to use and i knew i was onto a winner as when it connected i had loads more options i could configure. In my opinion this is the best OBD-II scanner on the market. The adaptor is well made, the free iOS and Android application is very good, and the best when it comes to real time data.

I just received my order and opened the package to find an open box which I found very odd as it looks like it was opened or maybe used before I will test the device tomorrow and update my rating if all goes well Update #1: I tested the device and it is working properly, so I guess storage\handling issue with the box

I bought this tool to use with the Scan My Tesla app to get detailed information about what’s going on in my Tesla at anytime. It works perfectly for me.

Purchased the OBDlink MX+ a week ago to use it with my 2DIN Android 7.1.2 Dashunit. I had cheap ELM 327 that is working and pairing fine but wanted something better and faster. Unfortunately despite the many attempts/restuart and trying i could the unit will be seen by the the DashUnit but will not pair. The support documenation for this unit and general for troubleshooting does not exist. I have opened a ticket and hope to received some support but for sure is not backwards compatible with obdII and older units. Works OK with iPhone and S10 Samsung phones.

Quite expensive for what it is, however I needed one that was compatible with bimmercode. I can confirm it works a treat.

Have used it on my Ford Focus very easy to connect allows you to read all codes

Algunos funcionan suficientemente bien para una lectura de datos sencilla en muchos vehículos modernos, la mayoría fallan para ciertos parámetros de comunicación y centralitas. EN el caso de Ford y Mazda, para una lectura y programación de ciertos módulos es necesaria una comunicación MS-CAN. Esto se puede conseguir modificando los pines de un adaptador chino, comprando uno ya modificado, o adquiriendo el OBDLink que es capaz de usar ambos buses. Es una solución perfecta para codificar Mazdas y Ford, y perfectamente soportada por el software Forscan. Además, incluye una app bastante solvente para tomar lecturas en vivo desde el móvil.

L'ho acquistato per la mia Ford Fiesta 1.6TDCi del 2006. Abbinato al software ForScan, ho accesso a tutti i moduli PCM del veicolo. Riesce a leggere tutti i parametri e gli eventuali errori DTC memorizzati. Inoltre riesco a cancellare tali errori, a effettuare azzeramenti dei parametri appresi e a programmare le chiavi con telecomando. L'ho provato anche su altre auto di amici e parenti con risultati eccellenti. Consiglio l'acquisto anche se il prezzo e elevato. Per un utilizzo ottimale andrebbe abbinato a software specifici per la marca del veicolo in cui verrà utilizzato.
