I purchased this product in 2019 and it's still working fine. Well-built in good quality. Heat/steam output is more than enough. I would highly recommend this product.

It won't produce steam. Turns on, sounds like it’s heating up but won't produce a hint of steam. What a complete waste of money. Seriously, we finally opened it from the box a couple days after the return window closed to find that it doesn't work. What a complete waste of money. Very disappointed. Of course if I would have bought it from a store I could go explain and return it but this situation is what is upsetting about Amazon. :(

My wife loved this gift. She is getting lots of use out of it. I’ve used it to steam suit pants after taking them out of the wash. It worked okay. Took longer than I expected.

Arrived quickly. Unit works as it should. Find a place with some room around the garment to hang it.

I bought this to steam a new comforter I bought that had been vacuum sealed. The steamer was sturdy, but not too heavy. It did a great job. I recommend this product.

I don't understand the poor reviews on this steamer. I love it! Does exactly what it's supposed to do, and does it quickly. Be sure to read all directions prior to use and you'll be good to go... Besides the off/on button on the lower back, there's a button on the handle you press for steam, and then press again when you want to set it down for a minute to rearrange your garment. So essentially there are 2 off/on buttons. The Conair Extreme Steam Turbo is a winner. I just came back to order another one for my daughter!

Maybe I just don't know how to use a steamer, but in general, it just doesn't seem to get wrinkles out, and I end up having to get out the iron anyway. Too bad I (prematurely) got rid of the box, or I would have returned it.The unit operates fine....I just don't think in general the results were worth it.
