Easy to use but you feel the burn at the same time. Worth the money - not expensive at all. My girlfriend just tried it and will be buying one.

Bit of a gag gift joke, but it really is pretty versatile.

I think it’s pretty good... I’m a plus sized woman however, (size 2x) so it’s a bit difficult to use it as directed on the things as it slips out... not sure if it’s because of my size? I do use it to tone my arms and I battle with it to tone the thighs... maybe I’ll figure it out :)

This product feels super cheap. The foam cover that goes over the wing looking parts is all dented and messed up from packaging/shipping, and the middle part where they attach and the spring is housed moves around easily. It makes a lot of noise when in use and I cringe every time I squeeze my legs because I feel like the spring or some part is going to break and stab me in the thigh because the wing parts buckle. It seems like they aren’t solid enough to withstand the pressure needed to bend the spring. Wouldn’t recommend

When you use it to exercise, it doesn’t bend easily with your body I felt like I wasn’t getting a work out and what was the point of using this

When you open it, just be cautious it will fling out when you take the wrapping off

Doesn't offer very much resistance and is very small. For a 6'2" guy it seems silly to try and use it.

L'appareil arrive compressé dans une enveloppe plastique. Laissez-le dans la boîte d'expédition et découpez la bande plastique sans toucher à l'appareil, car dès qu'il est libéré il s'écarte d'un coup. Sinon, la tension est assez puissante pour travailler correctement. La taille est bonne aussi. Je l'ai reçu il y a peu de temps, alors impossible de dire s'il va durer ou pas. En conclusion, je le recommande, mais faites attention quand vous découpez la bande plastique qui le maintient fermé.

Se ve de buena calidad, pero no es de las medidas que dice la publicación, apenas me llego no lo he usado pero me sorprendio que sea más chico, lo compre por ser un poco más robusto que otros y resulta que es de las medidas de los que están 1/3 más baratos. Lo que se ve ahí enrollado es una liga muy delgada. Adjunto fotos No tramitó devolucion por que no vale la pena .
