Agree, ad is misleading.
Been using QH parts for decades now over a range of vehicles so no quibble as to quality. Also seller was quick to despatch so again no quibble. But as with other reviewers, I thought this ad was for a pair of track rod ends as per the photograph.

Quantity i.e price each
I believed that I was receiving both L & R, as displayed. I guess when something looks too good to be true, it usually is the case. But should be a good Quality product according to brand.Thank you
