I was hoping that it would send a picture from 40 meters away but in spite of trying two boosters, 30 meters of extension cable and a larger aerial it still doesn't work. I will keep trying.

Didn't realise that you had to take the camera a part to install the Tft memory Card.I'd already put the camera up on the side of my house only to find I had to take it down again which was a pain.!!!Also I think it's a very bad idea that you have to split/ take the camera apart to install the memory card."Why didn't they pre-install the card from the start"..??? Saves all the hassle.What if someone's not that confident in take things like that apart.????Very poorly thought through I feel( school boy error type design)

This product is really easy to install and virtually works straight out of the box.Picture quality and ability to automatically move left and right plus zoom in and out allows you to set the camera how you wish from the app on a phone or via your computer.had an issue with setup and they helped and sorted it out really fast and replied within minutes technical advice and procedures and once the problem was isolated provided an instant solution that worked for me.totally impressed with level of service and for the price its a top product.Highly recommended for the beginner or professional fitted alike.

Everything is good about this camera except that it does not work with the software or firmware as other reviewers have stated. Please save your money and time. I bought a more expensive one which is exactly the same with a different trade names start with F but works well with the software.I would have rated five stars if it had worked as it was supposed to do. The problem I had, it does not connect consistently wirelessly or direct with wired ( Ethernet cable). When you are viewing a recording you have to wait for a lot of time and sometimes just an icon circling and nothing happens. When you do see an alarm recording it is out of sync. It does not record the actual trigger. Lots of problems which I think is the software. I have informed the seller and the support is not constructive. I have returned mine.

Although the camera itself gives an excellent picture with good night vision. There are minor issues. As usual the paper documentation is terrible, but the supplied CD has a better pdf manual. The power cable supplied is VERY short, and for most practical uses would require a 12v extension cable. I easily set up the camera as a local user as an ONVF camera for use with Blue Iris software. The smart phone control interface is quite limited and I could find no way of getting colour output. However I found that going to the IP address on a PC gave a lot of missing controls including saturation. The camera runs quite hot when the IR lights are on, and I'd suggest minimising PTZ use to preserve camera life.

Was very disappointed in the camera after back and forth with the seller found concerning information.This camera will not be seen through my NVR that is fully compatible with all versions Of Onvif, the NVR finds it buy just shows blank screen. If you need this camera port forward with other ip cameras you will have trouble as this camera does not allow the HTTP/RTSP/Onvif ports to be changed/modified. The Onvif port is default 80 and can't be altered I also think i conflicts with the HTTP port.The seller advised to alter the NVR setting and the camera resolution just to get this camera woking through the NVR.The camera web interface software is poorly put together also the android apps is the same. In all read other reviews then decide if its for you? I sent mine back.

As this camera was significantly less expensive than similar cameras, I was a bit anxious as to what I was buying. I need not have worried, this is an excellent, well made and robust piece of kit. Installation was very straightforward and I had the camera up and running in less than an hour.I often feel, it's not just the goods that need to be considered, but the level of support available after the purchase. I did have problems with the camera after a couple of days running; however, the level of support I received from was second to none and they quickly resolved my problem. A special thanks must go to Joyce for her perseverance in trying to fix the problem.
