It has no flavor, but does have a chalky texture to drink it. I don't mind that at all. Definitely works to move things along after ingesting.

It curved my appetite within hours of drinking it. Sugar cravings stopped immediately. It's amazing. Love the flavor.I started one week with the tip of a teaspoon. Second week half a teaspoon. 3rd week a little bit more than that. 4th week a full teaspoon. You want to work your way up. So your body eases up on it.Made toothpaste and deodorant with it PLUS facial and body masks! Love it!Just fyi, if you have any GI issues, like diverticulitis, I would STRONGLY consult a doctor.

The first time we ordered this product we were very pleased as it dissolved better/faster than any other clay we had purchased. However, I'm rating this a 4 star because the second bag isn't dissolving easily and clumps. I'm not sure now which bag is the better product. Perhaps having clay that dissolved too quickly didn't have as much substance to it - I'm not sure now.

It wasn't that I liked or disliked, I ask my Dr. about using it and was told no, you see I just last year had cancer and they are watching everything I take

Update: 4/30/20 I replaced the product with a different batch from the same company and it is the same. Once again clumpy and not mixing to a smooth consistency like before. I am not sure where the clay is coming from but it is definitely different from before. Saddened because it is a great price for the amount. Will be sending back and searching for another brand.The first batch I purchased was great and mixed will, no issues. I used for face masks and internal cleansing. This 2nd purchase is terrible and does not mix well. It is very clumpy. I am not trying to make pottery.

Prior to buying this, I had read about the benefits of bentonite (for humans and dogs). I’ve been adding a little to my dogs’ food every day, and they haven’t even noticed the addition. I’d call that a success. I haven’t yet, but I also intend to use this to make mud masks. The bag is huge and will last a long time.

I got this item and it was possibly Stale it dose not dissolve in water it stays in chunks I am unhappy with this purchase

This is the best clay I can find. Have tried other brand but this is the best. Mixes very easy.
