So disappointed- when lamps were first put in my fittings they looked great but 2 out of five have already failed within two weeks - shame as light quality was nice but my advice is avoid. I will be returning them.

Bulb mounted in wall light, bulb started to fizzle then produced a lot of smoke a loud pop and the glass part flew out and hit my husband on the head before ending up on the floor. Switched off quickly as base continued to smoke like crazy. This i feel could have been so much worse had we not been in the room. Have reported.

These bulbs are excellent, very pleased with my purchase. They are bright and responded to the dimmer very well with no flicker like many other bulbs. They also light to full brightness instantly unlike my previous bulbs. Great product.

After only a few hours of use 2 of the 6 bulbs had blown, tripping the circuit breaker and leaving a burning smell. Replaced back to standard filament bulbs and returning for a refund.

Two of the six have failed. AES have given a part refund but not as much as the two cost or how much they are now.LED bulbs are supposed to last but these don't.
