Used for Keto
The ingredients are not *strictly* clean Keto but the quality of the magnesium is great as is the price, so I do regularly buy these. One a day is fine for my partner, personally I often take twice a day as my magnesium needs tend to be a bit higher. Product arrives promptly. The flavour isn’t great but who really cares about the flavour of a pill which is gone in 2 seconds? Good product.

These are good quality magnesium with not really any added nasties in. No issues taking them.

Good source of magnesium but only take it at bedtime.
It comes in easy to swallow capsules and is an excellent source of easily absorbable magnesium. But be careful when you take it. It breaks down inside your body to form glycine, which is an inhibitory neurotransmitter that crosses the blood-brain barrier, slows your brain down and helps you get to sleep. I made the mistake of taking it in the morning and I felt tired all day. If you suffer from ME/Chronic fatigue syndrome, it may be best to avoid magnesium glycinate, choose another magnesium supplement such as magnesium citrate or take it only last thing at night.

I purchased these after reading the many reviews that they help people with sleep. I do feel they help somewhat…so far so good

Decent Quality, good value for money
Frustrating that the dose quoted on packaging is for 3capsules.When making comparisons on price per dose rather than per capsule.

I had used this product for a while but...
I had used this product for a while but last time it caused itchy skin for both of us. It took several weeks to identify the cause and this product caused it.I contacted to the customer service, I explained what happened. No answer from them. They don't care, they have no QA they have no interest in identifying the cause.I no longer use this product I switched to a hemp seed which is completely natural and works very well in my keto diet.
