Terrible
I wanted this to work so bad. But the lack of instructions is just something that you cannot avoid. Installation took a while but it was not difficult. Problems are, the photo images for wire hook up DO NOT MATCH THE ITEM IN THE BOX. The Laser will not burn at all. The laser light is showing as a rectangle, not a small beam. I have tried to adjust the beam several times to no avail. Damn I really wanted this to work. But looks like I am going to have to return this. No customer service number, no chat, no website to reference. Just all around bad experience.

Nice for the money. Takes a long time to engrave a small project though.

It was easy enough to assemble but wouldn't ever connect not sure if the nano was flashed or not
