Exact what I was looking for. Trim to fit. Mounted mine on a sheet of abs and secured to back cab wall.

Build Your Own!!!
These are very large considering the speakers they hold (about twice the size). After going through all the trouble of cutting out the hole for the speaker they extremely flimsy. They can't support the weight of the speaker. So, you have to engineer a support system for the speaker and a way to mount them. I have no PRO's for this item and now that I've cut the hole in one I can't even send them back.
