It's a good resource, however I expected something to be better than I already know. Its a mini book with paperback and therefore the font is quite small though readable. The activities could have been described more in detail and then this could have become an ultimate resource. Nevertheless, the new teachers could surely make use of this material. Overall, a good buy when you're pressed for time and this may come in handy, provided that you can gaze and plan your activities from the limited description given herein.

I didn't really enjoy the book and I found it to be very simple and general. I did not gain anything new from it.

This book is organised well so I can easily find what I need. The activities are clearly and succinctly explained. I’ve bought a couple of books like this for my EAL pupils and this is my favourite.

MOLTO CONTENTA

I love the variety of activities this book provides. It is broken up into categories for speaking, listening, writing, etc. I teach kinder through 3rd grade ELLs and I am able to find activities that apply for all of them. It designates the proficiency level for each activity so that you can easily determine if your student(s) can access the activity. Many activities do not require “prep” and are an easy, engaging, powerful tool to get your students involved and learning. I was able to jump right in and begin using these activities right away. Great supplemental way to have some fun while learning.

Excellent book, full of wonderful ideas and suggestions. Really helps in ESL classes to keep everyone interested and laughing.
