Fits mom and son
These are great, keep warm, waterproof, good quality boots. Got for my son who is 12 years old in size 7 men! A reviewer mentioned they are too heavy, they are not heavy for my son OR me. We live in WI and just got a 12" of snow, these boots are awesome and keep warm feet.

Very warm & waterproof!
The boots fit as expected. I recommend holding onto the sides of the inserts when putting the boots on. The inserts will slide down the boots as you put the boots on. I wore them 2 days while working outside in a long duration snow storm. Me feet stayed dry, warm & were very comfortable. These boots are a great value.

size was a bit small but i ordered larger than i wear
these do not come in half sizes and so i had to go larger but it is really too small for what i needed. if you need a size 7, you might need a 9 to not cramp your feet.

My husband loves them
Buying boots for my husband is not the easiest. He has think ankles and calves and has tried several different boots that didn’t pass his test.We received the boots when I was at work. When I came home he was actually excited about them. They were warm and cozy, perfect in height and fit his thick calves with room to tuck his pant legs in. He even had me put them on because he wanted me to feel the comfort. I have to say they were cozy even though they were way to big for me.It’s nice to finally find a pair of boots he actually likes.

Heels are hollow and wear down, allowing water in
I bought a pair of these boots in March 2022, so I probably wore them for a month in 2022, and then one full winter from 2022/2023. I guess I must drag my heels a bit as the heel on both boots have worn down. Unfortunately, the heels are hollow, not solid, so once I've worn through the bottom layer, water gets up inside the heel and goes directly to the liner. My feet didn't get too wet when it was just snow, but anytime you step in a puddle, you can almost instantly feel the water wicking up the liner. Otherwise, they were decent boots. I like the fact that the liners were thick enough to keep my feet warm, and the boots held their shape and stood up, instead of flopping over. This helped with allowing them to dry out completely between uses and also made it easier to put them on if you had items in your hands. I just wear them while out walking the dogs, and I don't put them through a lot of abuse like guys who wear them at work. I haven't had a pair of boots wear out in only one season before.

Much too light
They were not even close to heavy enough to keep your feet warm at -40. The soles were very thin and would not keep out the cold. I would not recommend these for cold weather. They might work down to freezing but nothing less.

Well made arctic boots
I was surprised that the boots are just right (and I do mean just right) size. I take a 10.5 shoe and so I ordered the 11, thinking that I would be able to fit a heavy sock inside the boot. My big toe is right at the edge with just regular socks. I hope that as the boots wear in the thick felt liner will give a bit.I wore the boots in deep snow and cold in the mountain of British Columbia and they are warm, (even with thin socks) and dry. No snow came in through the top of the boots thanks to the tie at the top. The foot also doesn’t slide around with the adjustment of the ankle strap.
