Makes for a tender and juicy bird
So happy with this brine/rub. The dry brine I’ve used previously was sold out so found this brine and tried it on a whim, so glad I did. Didn’t follow the directions 100% but bird still came out so good, juicy and flavorful. Followed the 12 hours covered, 12 uncovered but then I gave the bird a quick rinse and made a mixture of butter and this brine/rub and coated the turkey with it and got under the skin. Came out so good; all my guest were saying how tasty it was. Will definitely be buying again next year!

Fantastic Dutch Oven Chicken
I used this as a dry rub on Dutch oven chicken and let it set for 24 hours browned the chicken in butter and the chicken was fantastic.
