I'm not sure how affective vitamin c is for me, but as someone who has gerd, I can't eat most things that have vitamin c in it. However, I seem to tolerate this very well! I have no reactions. Would recommend if you're looking for a non-acidic vitamin c option.

These pills are easy to swallow and make me feel healthier all around. I've been taking Vitamin C every day for over a year now and have only gotten sick once when I was exposed to a severely ill child. My cold's life seemed greatly shortened by continuing to take this Vitamin C and Solgar Zinc as well. I strongly believe this stuff works. The vitamin bottle is designed dark for a reason, apparently sunlight can weaken the potency of the vitamins, so with the darker bottle it stops this from happening. I'm not a scientist and don't know if there is truth to this or not, but the brand makes a quality product and I stand by it.

This is an old proven good vitamin C that is not causing burning esophagus nor stomach, and it’s effective when feeling getting a cold and lightheadednees taking 3 of this with a cup of water makes a big improvement. Thank you.

Some brands of vitamin C make me gag and/or upset my stomach but not these. They're easy to swallow and easy on the gut.
