Review: Works well- follow directions and look up tips - This works really well to take out extensions. Make sure you let it sit on the adhesive/extension before sliding out. Definitely need to rewash hair and let shampoo soak to get oil out. Tip I learned to get excess adhesive/tape off of the extension once out of your hair- rub oil on the leftover tape and use a paper towel to roll the rest of the adhesive off of the weft. It prevents your fingers from getting all sticky.

A: Not sure if you have to, but I did. I left it in my hair for a while then washed it slowly out while combing through

Did nothing in comparison to other bond removers! Literally was just oil that did not work. Also, the product was leaking all over inside the package. I would NEVER recommend it.
