I bought this product for mental energy and focus. I could feel the positive effects after the first time I took the product. The thing that is disappointing for me is the effects of the product wear off in a short period of time.

My grandfather has dementia. After hearing about the success of this product in a family friend's case, we decided to try it. It took about a month of every day use to fully take effect, but my grandfather who was incapable of successfully completing the smallest task is now up and moving, capable of holding conversation, sleeps throughout the night instead of waking everyone else up every hour on the hour, and his general quality of life is far superior to compared to before we started using this product.Don't get me wrong, he still has dementia. But as his caretaker, he's much easier to look after.The only down side is if he stops taking them longer than 3 days, he reverts back to his previous state. And it takes about a week to get him back.I highly recommend this supplement for anyone struggling with memory issues.

Haven’t noticed any marked improvement in memory yet but definitely has some impact on focus. Seems to make me too focused and forgetful of what I need to do if I get interrupted. I can usually multi task and juggle 2-3 things at once. This made me “too focused” and forget what I supposed to be doing if I get interrupted. Let’s say I’m doing task 1 and then I get interrupted to do task 2 now since I was interrupted I usually come back to finish task 1 before doing task 3. This somehow blanked my memory and made me do task 3 after task 2 and completely forgetting about task 1.Caused me to misplace item at Uber while traveling (not fun) since I’ve never done that and can’t believe I was forgetful. There’s few other instances recently and then I realized I was taking this supplement since I don’t usually have this sort of issues before.

Im really shocked! My assumption prior to starting this supplement was that it would take a few days to notice significant difference, but that has not been the case. Today is day 3 of taking 3 first thing in the morning and 1 more half way through the day. My focus has been incredible and memory retention is more noticeable as the days go on and more studying occurs. My sleep has changed oddly as well, I fall asleep quicker and have woken up before my alarm 2 days in a row now. I absolutely will be purchasing this again! Excited to see long term results.

I often don't write reviews unless I feel somewhat taken aback with a certain product. After roughly two weeks of use, there's been no beneficial effect to taking these pills. As someone who works in a very busy environment in the hospitality industry, I was looking for something to improve clarity and reduce brain fog along with the boost of energy it promised. It has done none of these things, I have honestly felt worse and more stressed out over the past two weeks. I feel somewhat ripped off given it's elevated price compared to other products. As such I would not purchase again, do your due diligence and find a better nootropic or simply just invest in supplements that aid in overall brain health.
