Rockford Fosgate Punch P300-10T Single 10" 300-Watt Amplified Truck Sealed Box Subwoofer - Black

This thing sounds fantastic, super easy to set up and adjust , and fits behind the seat of the truck very well. I already had a trigger wire so I hooked it up, but I assume that it would turn on and off with the audio signal perfectly. It’s not going to blow the doors off of your vehicle, but sounds incredible and is a great value. I’m already considering one for my car now that the truck is done.

I’ve had systems in every vehicle I’ve owned since I was a kid, so I’m definitely no stranger to subwoofers. I grew up running massive ported boxes and bandpass enclosures, so I’ll admit I was a bit of a skeptic when it came to a single, sealed 10-inch setup. I was really worried that a 10 wouldn't be "enough" bass and originally had my heart set on the 12, but space is at a premium in a Ram 1500 Quad Cab. ​The Setup: I recently overhauled the entire audio system in my truck, swapping the stock head unit for a Kenwood DMX4710S and upgrading all the door and dash speakers to Pioneers. For the install, I used the Skar Audio 8-gauge OFC (Oxygen Free Copper) kit—it’s a solid, high-quality kit that handles the power perfectly. ​Fitment & Practicality: Just a heads-up for fellow Ram owners: even though this is a "truck" box, it still does not fit under the rear bench seat. However, it takes up much less room on the rear floorboard behind the driver or passenger seat compared to a standard enclosure. One of the best features is the portability—if I ever need the extra floor space, I can simply unplug the power/ground wiring harness and the speaker input harness, and the whole unit pops right out. ​The Performance: My concerns about the sealed box and the smaller driver were completely unnecessary. This thing sounds fantastic. It delivers that tight, musical, and responsive bass that Rockford Fosgate is known for. It won’t win any bass competitions, but for driving down the road and enjoying your music with some serious authority, it is exactly what I needed. I couldn't be happier!

sounds good, pretty easy installation, would sound better if the box was ported but overall good sub for price point

2nd purchase. I bought the 1st one (10 inch powered sub) for my work truck. After installation and tuning it sounded way better than I expected. I recently bought a new personal truck and purchased a 12 inch powered sub. Same brand. The 12 didn’t sound as good or better like I thought it would in my personal truck. So I ordered another 10 inch and installed it. It sounds incredible!!! Now it turns out the dynamics of the cab space and the positioning of the sub does matter. Both my work truck and my personal truck sound amazing. My advice is to try different speaker positions in the cab of your vehicle. Experiment with it. I’m thoroughly impressed by performance of this sub. Best bang for my buck and that’s rare these days. Rockford Fosgate definitely has the 10” powered sub dialed in.

very strong and tight bass!

Anyone that knows the name already knows that thing hits. I was going for balanced sound in my truck. I don't want to rattle the neighbors windows, and I'm not looking for the neighborhood to know when I'm coming down the street. But it sure rattles the rear view mirror. Just small enough to fit under the back seat in my crew cab. If you see the pictures in other reviews you will see it sticks out about an inch. After installing I kept the gain way down to break it in, once I did the bass is incredible. Do yourself a favor, get a 4 gage install kit. Fosgate hits harder with more power to it. What else can I tell you. Ordered it had it the next day. The box has a great finish. The bass is clean. I almost expected it to be sort of muddy, since it's not ported but I should have known better. The boys in tempe know what they are doing. I like hard rock it's snappy enough to hit hard with rock. It also hits with rap, Biggie, Tupac and west side connection will really move it. No matter your taste in music it will make you smile ear to ear. Just hit buy now and fed ex will deliver tomorrow and you will be Very Happy.

Perfect sound for anyones preference, I barely have it turned up and it is absolutely perfect kick for rock music. Bass quality is great. Gives my new Kenwood stereo and Fosgate speakers all around the finishing touch for a nice clean well rounded sound. I gave it four stars because all the reviews and specs I read led me to believe that it would fit behind the seat of my 2015 F-150 SuperCab but it absolutely does not. I even scratched the box up a bit trying to put it back there which was infuriating. I measured closely before and only ordered the 12” because reviews said if you can fit it get it. But I should have gone with my original instinct and got the 10”. Now it just sits under the seat and sticks out a little bit, which I did not want. But I’m sure I can’t return it now to get the 10” because I damaged the box. Speaker is fine. I’ll try and figure something out to hide it better from the potential thieves.

This thing bumps and so easy to install, just keep in mind all the plugs are on the left side of the unit. Fits beautifully in my 2004 ford ranger xlt behind the passenger seat!

Hab den Sub in meinen Audi A4 B8 AVANT eingebaut. Anschluss alles easy und braucht sehr wenig Platz. Für die Größe hat das Ding einen wahnsinns Wumms. Alles aus dem Bereich Electronic, Techno, Trance hat einen kräftigen und tiefen, trockenen Punch ohne zu übersteuern. Wer viel Metal, oder Rock hört, sollte sich nach etwas anderem umsehen, da gerade für schnelle doublebass Titel die Membrane zu langsam ist und der Sound hier etwas zermatscht.

Great little sub box. I installed it in a day cab Peterbilt. Easy install and sounds good for what it is. Not earth pounding but when setting are done right after the break-in period it sounds great

Added to my OEM Toyota Tundra to fill out the missing bass. This thing hits hard. I ran it tapped off the speaker inputs. With the crossover dialed to 50hz, the bass booster at 0dB, and the remote gain knob at only 40% you are shaking. Impressive all in one unit. I would recommend this P300 series to anyone.

I purchased this for my 2017 Honda Accord Touring. Using with the stock sound system . . . wanted a little more bass presence than the factory sub could provide. I have been very impressed with the enclosure. It does not take up too much space and is easily removed should I need the space. As far as installs go, this one is very easy and straight forward. I recommend finding a way to secure the box if using in a trunk or hatch.
