was satisfied with the overall quality of this product. it arrived in a professional and courteous manner. i would definitely recommend this seller to anyone.

I don't know the story of why Funimation couldn't get it together with originizing the episodes maybe they were trying to make them too fast and lost their head. It starts off with a blast from the past, Emperor Pilaf finally steals the black star dragon balls and summons Shenron! He wishes for Goku to be a kid again and it worked. King Kai comes with breaking news, If the balls aren't return to earth in 1 hour the entire planet will exploded. Little Goku, Trunks, and Pan who snuck on the spaceship are off to search around the universe for the balls.

As the title states the Lost Episodes set of the DBGT saga, is only of worth if you are a true diehard DBZ/DBGT fan. i am such a fan. the animation itself is very poor, the fighting is very little, and the story is very draged out. I am very dissapointed with the Whole DBGT saga. This set does not help. Again purchase only if a true diehard fan.

hii haven't bought this product but from the looks of it this is just another version of the box sets Dragon Ball GT season 1 and 2 that has been remastered by Funimation,so if you already have season 1 and 2 there is no need to buy this box set.but i might be wrong so if there is any one who has bought this box set and owns the other GT box sets please let me knowthanks

I know I'm very late to review this but this deserves to be known which unfortunately isn't.As the title says "The Lost Episodes" this contains the first 16 episodes of Dragon Ball GT, in Japanese & English, please notice that when changing to one or the other you're getting a different experience.If you're a fan of the Japanese DBGT and want it with English subs then more than likely you've got these sets already (there's four in total), as this features the original Japanese credits, episode masters, music and Next Episode Previews whereas the "Season" sets do not. It's safe to say that its source was the authentic Dragon Box GT from Japan.The boxset comes bundled with five DVD volumes, that being:Volume 1) ReactionVolume 2) RejectionVolume 3) RuinationVolume 4) ConvictionVolume 5) ActivationWith an extra mini-poster, either signed by one of the English voice actors/actresses of FUNimation or all three.These above are all the pros, but what's the one con about it? The picture quality at times degrades due to sharing the same disc with the English version (with Menza's score), but most of the time it's unnoticeable, so personally it never bothered me. This right here is the reason it got four stars and not five.So overall, since FUNimation doesn't seem to ever release the US Dragon Box GT this is the best release you'll get, i.e, the complete package rather than the green bricks / season sets which have cropped video, English credits and no NEPs. I know that this comes as nerdy but I'm a fan of the series.
