Silent, affordable and pretty.
They might not be the most silent or performing fans out there, but if you are on a budget but still want to add some bling to your PC, you can't go wrong with these. They are pretty quiet for the money, move a decent amount of air and they come with a standard 4-pin RGB (non-addressable, but there's an aRGB variant of these fans too) cable you can daisy-chain without issue to a single RGB motherboard connector, or a SATA adapter so you can manually switch lighting modes if your motherboard lacks RGB. It also comes with a PWM hub so you can connect up to 5 fans to a single mobo fan header.Really good value for money for these, considering a Corsair or be quiet! RGB fan can cost as much as 3-pack of these, and you don't have to deal with proprietary connectors or software.

GET THESE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR BUDGET RGB
I had Scythe Kaze Flex's in my case before making the jump to these. The reason I went with the Kazes initially was because of the airflow potential combined with low audio. These RGB fans not only performed just as well, but with RGB!There is a bit more cable management to deal with, but as with all rgb fans. Can't beat the price.

Quiet, reasonably cool, and lights up with pretty colors
Amazon review-combining-proofing: DEEP COOL RF120 3in1 3X120mm RGB LED PWM Fans with Fan Hub and Extension, Compatible with ASUS Aura Sync (I'll stop doing this when Amazon stops combining reviews for unrelated products)I bought two sets, because my PC case had plenty of spots to bolt down fans. Too bad it didn't have enough space for an AIO, but the fans seem to be enough (aside: You'd think a Cooler Master case would have enough clearance at the top to put in an AIO).The fans are nice and quiet at normal speeds. Even at 100%, they're not terribly loud. At that speed, they can be heard over the house's A/C, but not so loud that people in other rooms think an airplane is flying overhead. I don't overclock, so the fans never have a reason to get anywhere near 100%. Without overclocking, the fans keep the temps inside the case at an acceptable level, even at the BIOS' "standard" setting. The RGB cables can be daisy-chained, which is convenient. The power cables cannot, which is less convenient. However, the set comes with an adapter that allows you to attach up to four fans onto one connector on your motherboard, and the adaptor has an adhesive strip that allows it to attach to the inside of the PC case, which IS convenient. The RGB is a nice little novelty, and certainly works the way it's supposed to, but I keep it turned off because it can be distracting. If you like that sort of thing, though, it's there and it works.TL;DR: Quiet, reasonably cool, and lights up with pretty colors.

Value and Performance
I have these fans set to exhaust 1 rear and 2 top. Connected to my motherboards 12v led being controlled by RGB Fusion 2.0. The colors are ok a little washed out in yellow and the white has a blue tone to it. I do have 3 CoolerMaster ARGB Halo ($70)fans with more leds that seem give me a great yellow and white. No knock on these fans I will still use them but kind of wonder if the ARGB fans from Deep Cool give me the proper shades. For the price these are fine and having both 12v RGB and 5v ARGB lets me get some other color schemes. With a custom fan curves set in my BIOS temps above after running Cinebench R20. I don't notice the fans and I have 7 120 mm in there so not going to complain about sound levels. The only time I even notice them is when I run Cinebench R20 and that is because no music on or headphones.PC SpecsRyzen 5 2600GigaByte B450 Aorus MCrucial Ballistix 3200 MHz DDR4 DRAM 16GB(8gx2)PNY XLR8 GTX 1060 6GBDeepCool Gammaxx Gt BK Air Cooler3 Deep Cool RF120 RGB (12v) Exhaust3 Cooler Master Master MF120 Halo ARGB (5v) IntakeMontech Air 900 Mesh BlackCrucial P2 500GB NVME M.2 SSDWestern Digital 1tb 7200 rpm HDThermaltake Smart 700W 80+ White Certified PSUCudy WE3000S AX3000 Wireless/Bluetooth WiFi 6 PCIe Card

Spending money in all the wrong places
Deepcool made some poor choices that produce a fan which optimizes aesthetics over functionality, and yet it excels at neither. The weird thing is that most of these aren't caused by cheaping out; quite the opposite even. Deepcool spent money making these fans function worse, and it's baffling. The fans have a "ruffled" texture to them. This unfortunately isn't based on any aerodynamic principals, and just increases the noise of the fan. Had they used standard blade geometry (which would have been cheaper to make) they would almost certainly perform better. I tested these against some similarly priced PCCooler RGB fans... these lost in noise normalized performance. By a lot. Deepcool claims they're using FDB bearings here so they certainly have the potential to be quiet. Another odd choice is with the cabling. Normally cables get routed through a channel in one of the frame supports. Deepcool chose instead to run them along side one instead, which both looks tacky and probably further increases noise. This is likely because of their fancy molded frame design not allowing them to put the channel in. Had they used a more traditional frame this wouldn't be an issue, and I promise you're never going to notice the difference once these are installed. If anything the fancy frame looks worse.Lastly, the RGB itself has the common "blue bias" problem, making white a no-go. It's also worth mentioning some of the promo images imply these are addressable... they're not.Ultimately if you're just after some cheap RGB fans, these work... but I'd recommend you look at other options first. If you don't need RGB and are willing to spend a bit more, Noctua Redux fans are a great choice. If you do want RGB, PCCooler's Halo series might be a better choice.

Sieht cool aus
Laufen sehr ruhig, farblich genial. Würde ich wieder kaufen!!! Läuft auch über die Farbgebung des Motherboards, also alle Komponenten abgestimmt.

After 2 months, still works great.
Great price and quality, despite being made in China, I'm glad I found this one.
