even though they are expensive, they work so much better then cheap ones you see in most catalogs.can be connected to household current by purchasing adapter at radio shack or any similar store and not have to usebatteries. nice loud sound which can be set to different tones. am very pleased with this purchase. have even boughtextra units for garage workshop and basement.

We are happy with the whole system. Everyone comments on the unique chimes we chose. We have a different chime for front door, and a different one for the locked back gate (where there is a doorbell button as well). This is so we know when the pool guy or gardener are on property. It was quite expensive for a doorbell system. This is just one part of the whole system. I probably should not have splurged.

I admit I have a large house. However, I have three receivers in my leaving space with no doors in between and I still cannot hear the bell in my garage or back yard. The tone simply doesn't travel at all.

Great sound. I have one in the house and one on the back deck. Stronge wireless connection.

Perfect for our home, it was a little thin on the choices but functions well in our home. Great product and very quick shipping.

I love the design- all other are so dated. I have read mixed reviews about the range but I have a 5000 sq f house and with one extra receiver the sound is clear and we can hear everywhere. Does its job. I have had it for a month or so. We will see what happens in the long term. I would recommend it
