I have dry eye, and this product is tailor made for helping maintain eye hydration while I sleep. I have used it since it came out, and it works.

My ophthalmologist suggested this product. I’ve used it nightly for 3 years. My eyes don’t hurt and itch in the mornings since I’ve been using this.Good product!

Best product for dry at night . Be sure to get the blue cover Systane for severe dry eye and not the green. There is a world of difference between the two Systane products.

I have dry eyes, and my doctor has warned me to use a product to keep my eyes in good shape. I can’t use drops, because my hands are damaged by many years of severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. However, I can squeeze some of the the ointment into my eyes at night, and the ointment lasts longer through the night than drops. I don’t know what I would do without this ointment.

I have used many different products, but this has really made the difference! Other eye drops do not help me with my eye dryness and the Systane ointment gives me the comfort and keeps my eyes moist all night. I 100% recomend this product.

Keeps my eyeball lubricated overnight so I don't get the eyeball stuck to the lining of the eye socket while sleeping. Pain is a terrible way to start the day.

These are tiny! They are misrepresented! They arenot indicative of size of product. You cannot return it. Do not buy from this vendor. A rip off.Go to your local drugstore and buy the larger size for less money! This is rip off for the amount you are paying for a tiny size.

It works but I prefer Refresh brand which seems to work faster & be more soothing.
