OMG this is the best tea for anyone who are suffering from PCOS and PCOD, believe me it works like a magic ✨. I'm writing this review after using it for more than 3 months. And now I'm having my regular periods. But you have to do it with consistency and along with it try some yoga aur exercise. The best part of it was it doesn't require too much quantity a small quantity of it can make a perfect cup of tea. Somehow I don't like the taste because I'm a 'milk tea' person.Overall experience was great. I would love to recommend it. Please give it a try ❤️❤️❤️

The best spearmint tea i ever had. It really does its job. Gave me clear skin and practically erased my acne. 10/10 for this. The key is to have three cups a day.

Good product

Have been drinking this tea for a while. It tastes fine leaves are also of good quality only issue is there is lot pf dust/sand whatever you want to say. They could have cleaned it a bit.

First of all as soon as you open the pack it smells gorgeous. Totally refreshing and the taste is equally satisfying. This tea is a blessing for me as it soothes my acidity problem creating a pleasant environment in my stomach. It has eased the level of burning sensations in my stomach and has also made my breathe odour free. I am so thankful to the indian chai for the variety of tea's that they offer targeting specific health issues and organs. I am suffering from pcos for than 20 yrs . I have regular periods but my periods were scanty from last five yrs. I always had thick hairs on chin . I am writing my review after using it for about one month . Though I didn't drink it regularly.I bloat less after using itI got good blood flow during my periodsMy chin hair growth slowed downSo for me it's a worth product. I drink it once generally after meals.Observed no side effect
