Many adjustments, easy to work with, not sure about the reliability of the mounting cup
I was just going to write a very positive review of this when the mount fell off my dashboard. I have it extended and have a somewhat heavy phone, the Galaxy S8+. Now I have the phone holder resting on the front of the dash for extra support. Only other thing is I wish that I could orient the phone lower because I believe in the state that I live, it is illegal to even touch the phone while driving. I've tried different positions (there are many), but the phone still sits high above the dash. I guess this is good because when I look at the phone, I can still keep my eyes on the road.

Trash, avoid
I installed this in my work vehicle for GPS. First problem I had was that the screw in the bend part does not tighten down enough to support the weight of the phone, so the bendy arm always has to be at the lowest level. Honestly the junction is loose enough that it doesn't even support the weight of the arm without the phone, it immediately sinks down. That was OK with me, just a little disappointing. Second issue is that my work issued phone has a thick protective case (otter box) and pop socket which made the phone too thick for the grasper arms. My thinner personal phone with pop socket fit fine but the work phone was too heavy and fell out on numerous occasions. It would kind of work if I tilted it at just the right angle, but the telescopic bulb was unreliable and would often fail and dump my phone on the floor. The suction cup and adhesive worked fine for a few months but one day just popped off unexpectedly. The adhesive will not re-adhere so this is basically trash. Oh well. Overall a piece of junk.

Nice
I thought when I had originally got this that it was a suction cup phone holder but it is not. What looks like a suction cup actually is just a big adhesive circle. So where ever you stick it is going to stay. That being said it is a good phone holder with a good reach and I like it

Not made for my vehicle
Didn't stick to the dashboard for too long. (1week) I tried cleaning the suction/sticky part of the holder and my dashboard and fell down the second time around the same day. When it did stay it was okay. A little bulky when put on the front windshield, to the point i felt it was too much of an eye sore driving. So I moved it to my dashboard but covered my GPS screen. Somehow i found a way to keep it a comfortable area in which i could navigate and touch the screen. I think Ill hunt for a different holder.

Very Good Phone Stand for Your Car.
Easy to install. Very firm once it is installed. Very firm support for phone in use. Easy to attach and remove phone. Bonus 2nd attachment for vent, though I opted not to use it as my vehicle vents did not fit it well on driver's side. Fits multiple phones in household, in fact have not found any that did not fit yet.

DOES NOT WORK DO NOT PURCHASE
The suction cup lasted about 3 minutes before it fell off of my windshield, nor did it stick to any other surface in my car. Also the arm doesn't lock so your phone just dangles screen down. I returned this ASAP.

So much more convenient
Before I found this mount I was using vent mounts. My phone would get hot or cold depending on wether I was using heat or cooling air. Now I don’t have to worry about that and my phone doesn’t fall.

Flexes to countless position options.
This phone holder holds any phone size, and pivots to countless positions. It attaches to any dashboard, or windshield. I'm really impressed about the positioning options, and the grasp of your phone. The price is right. I'm giving it 5 stars!-But I would like to add that when I load my phone that has a book-style jacket (folded back to fit), the fit is good, but I have to use one rubber band for insurance to hold the weight while driving, so I also make sure the arm is resting on the edge of the dash. Otherwise, I love it, and recommend it for it's versatility.
