The mask is HEAVY! Instructions say lie down, but when I lightly rest the mask on my face, this is what happens. 3 hours later, the indentations were still very visible and tender. And the micro current doesn’t work at all. Love that it has 7 colors. Depending on what company does with issues, I may upgrade the stars.

I had to return it. I have only used it 7 times. I put it back in the box after I use it . The black cord became loose and would not allow the device to stay on, and it sent little electrical shock out of the metal prongs.

I like it but the muscular stim application is pretty uncomfortable and I haven’t been able to use. The other light therapies are good.

Just opened and will be returning. The mask is filthy. Obviously already used many times.

This is my second facial machine, I use this one three days a week and the other one for the rest days. I like red, yellow, and white light the most, it has been two weeks, I can see the effect, my freckle is getting better now, I will continually use them. I am very happy for the purchasing of those facial machines.

I have been doing disposable masks. I saw this machine when I went to the beauty shop. I bought it after this, and after using it a few times, I feel very comfortable. I hope it will be very effective after using it!

It's easy to assemble. There are slight differences in the LED colors used from the website than in the manual. The manual is poorly translated into English, although most of it you can make sense of. I don't like the metal tabs while using, thus I removed and it seems to still work great! Was really excited to use, regularly, however instructions state not to use with thyroid disease...
