i would give it minus 1 star if i could! first, in order for the mop to actually get wet, you need to fill higher than it shows. second, once you do that, the mop does not drain properly so you end up with a soaking wet mop. defeats the whole purpose. i wasted $$$ buying two. the bucket would be better served as a plantar! The mop is flimsy, especially at the middle joint. good grief, do NOT waste your hard earned money on this product!

It was a bit of a pain to put together.. must make sure you get the top locked onto the bottom.. and must make sure you Aline the bottom of the mop to the top of the spinner.. otherwise does not work properly .. and my package was delivered with a hole in the side......but you have to physically put the spinner down into the dirty/ clean water in order for it to work....and physically bring it back up to spin dry.....not what I expected....I needed a mop and this one was in my price range, so I took a chance...it's unfortunate that it has issues.....but I do like that it is all one unit..a space saver...compact.......and the plug makes it easy to drain....this seller has great customer service and they gave me several options to resolve my issue....

It lasted all of five(5) months. The mop itself was always unstable. The bucket was easy enough to handle and of fair construction I guess. Today New Years Eve I was doing my normal end of year cleaning when to my utter dismay the stopper on the bucket just fell completely off. Needless to say the upstairs hall carpet was completely soaked. So I sprung into action with the mop and it fell apart in my hands. Good thing I have a Shop vacuum and a carpet cleaner, however I'm a 66 year old female who is not in the best of health but by God's Grace I was able to drag the carpet cleaner upstairs and get most of the water up. Still needs to dry. I'd find a better product!!

First off, this thing is AWFUL to put together. The bucket barely aligns right and the hooks are so thin that I thought I was going to break it!! Instructions are written half heartedly and hard to understand. Hard to put the actual mop handle together, takes alot of strength and patience. After finally figuring out how to get it all together, the thing seems to be unstable. Might be okay for a light dusting of the floor, but if trying to really deep clean it acts all wobbly. Wish I read more of the reviews instead of just buying it based off price and pictures. Lesson learned, trust the reviews!!

Quality is plastic and not sturdy. Really hard to get the spin to adjust to drying level. Max water level sticker is easily removable. Besides all the bad things, I really do like the mop. I owned a mopnado for 2 years and the mop head broke. The mop for CXhome has a latch that locks it from spinning. Latch is useful, but I rarely use the lock system. The mop head itself is really stiff, which I like because the head doesn’t move while I’m mopping the floor but the microfiber mop head does rotate in circular motion when you do mop, even with the lock on. I did receive it with some dried spots on it but it’s fine. Product still worked for me. Hope it stays working for long.

I like the bucket very much. It's sturdy and compact, the basket spins smoothly, rinses and and drys up the mop perfectly. I only find that the mop disk rotates too much when cleaning against the baseboards and that at times prevents the mop head from "dragging" on the floor surface like a rag should do. This rotation leaves some dirt behind and you have to go back a few times to clean.The pole is not the strongest I've ever seen, but good enough.I would buy it again for this price, also it takes very little space in your cabinets.

I love that it is compact so it takes less space AND it uses less water. You have to learn the "rhythm" on how to spin and drop it down to be cleaned by the water and then pull up so it catches and you then dry it out before using. Once you have that down, easy peasy. Love how easy it is to clean. Best mop set we have purchased yet.

It's attractive and fun to use! It does take a little bit of figuring out, but that doesn't take long. After that it's very easy to use, easy to drain and clean, and doesn't take up much space. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I found that it gets very dry, very easily, but maybe that's because I have fun spinning it around so I might do it more than they do. It takes more than just a few pumps to dry. I usually do it for about 15-20 seconds, but I haven't had a problem with it not being dry at all.My only issue was that I didn't have the drain plug pushed on tightly enough and water spilled everywhere once. It takes a little bit more pressure than it might initially see.Overall, great product!
