Fit as expected

I like this. It's not easy but definitely works. I feel myself getting stronger all of the time.

If you've decided that, like me, are trying to get back into shape again even in your 60's like me may I suggest this along with a bicycle, stepper,and walking. This is a tough one for us older folks or people just trying to get back into shape. The Ranbow folding wheel you can use at home, is easily assembled, even though I did not get instructions, it is very sturdy and easily figured out.You may have to put your knees on the floor and then stretch out and increase it in every session, I did for a long time, but if you keep it up you'll do it without your knees supporting you. This is one of those rather inexpensive pieces of equipment that can be used at home and takes up little or no room. Have patience with this one.

They don't have these at my gym and I really like them. When I saw that this one folded up I thought it would be perfect in my gym back (backpack) and I was right. It fits perfectly!
