book was ok kind of repeats things that you should already know to be a good service tech and working on the up sales and repairs

As an Account Manager in the HVAC industry I think this is a must read not only for technicians but anyone in our industry. Helps present the idea of creating value for what we do for our customers. Great read. I will be purchasing multiple copies to give as gift to many of my clients. Buy this book, read it and implement.

My son still quotes wisdom to me from this book. I expect it will help in getting him through a HVAC-R program at our Junior College. My son is extremely practical and so is this book.

This book, written by an HVAC Service Tech illustrates how a service tech should view himself, the customer and how to do the best job possible. It was recommended to us to be used in our business by another HVAC contractor. Now just have to get the service guys to read it!!
