Q: how many diapers can one bag hold? I see the size is slightly smaller than a regular grocery bag so want to be sure

I use them for pop bags for walking the dog. I would assume they are meant to hold one diaper.

Q: Are these compatible with ubbi diaper pail ?

No. They do not fit the entire pail. More of a single diaper then put into the pail to help with any smell
