I ordered the small and sometime later ordered the 2xl. The small was..well..small. I tried to stuff 8 pills in there, two being very large ones, and it worked, but not well. So then I tried to cut down to 7 pills and keep one out. It didn’t make sense to do this when I could just purchase a larger one since they’re so cheap. The 2xl is a big boy! I didn’t feel like the reviews had enough comparison photos regarding size, so I hope this helps. Now, my 7 (soon to be 8) pills are swimming in the container. Some people may not like this, but I do. I like to be able to see all my pills in one shot and not feel like they are being compromised with something too small. The small one can easily fit into a clutch, but the 2xl would need a medium sized ourself brief case in order to fit. It’s taller than a tissue box, as you can see from the photo, but it’s perfect. For dexterity purposes, the small box’s locking mechanism spring is easier to push than the 2xl. It takes more effort to open the 2xl. Yes, you have to really be able to have good use of your joints to open/close/maneuver around the small box. I love that the 2xl has so much room you don’t have to worry about any pills getting stuck or jammed. Is it child proof? Ohhh yes! My toddler is currently sitting here trying to open them and he can’t. This kid can open pretty much anything, but this one is standing the test. It’s exactly why I chose this locking pill box and I’m glad it works. These boxes are well worth the investment. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic! It is small so check the size before you buy it but it doesn’t come open in luggage while you are traveling and it is not an easy open! The “lock” is fabulous for curious toddler fingers!

This X-large locking pill box is wonderful. I like that I can fill an entire week of medication and not worry about the tops opening and spilling out. I especially like the green one. It’s easiest to see what pills are inside without unlocking.

This is extremely tiny and I should have read the measurements or something! 😆 the functionality is great the little lock feature is great, the size does not work for my needs but if you only take tiny pills this will work for you.

My post menopausal fog brain kept forgetting If I had remembered to take my heart med. Usually 30 seconds after I had just swallowed it. After doubling up one too many times and dealing with the side effects I bought this dispenser. Now, I can see if I've taken my daily pill. Easy Peasy. One less thing to fret about. As I only need 1 pill a day, I didn't want a huge case. I searched long and hard for this particular type. It is slimline And it Locks! No accidental opening in my purse. No worries if the cats knock off shelf. Small and Simple appearance. Good value.

Banana for scale- I love the size! I only need it to fit one pill in each compartment so it’s the perfect size for me, especially for traveling. It’s very sturdy and childproof lock works amazingly well too! I had them send me a random color and ended up with this super pretty blue color which just so happens to be my favorite color! Overall, highly recommend!

I love this pill carrier. It’s narrow but holds 4 medicines that I have for each day. It easily fits in my small purse. However, in few months, those letters started to lose the paint, then it’s hard to see what day of the week.

I had one of these for years and it was my favorite pill organizer. I bought a replacement, but the lock no longer works. I've noticed two times small bits of plastic were mixed in with my pills and twice I've had to spit out the small bit of plastic after i empty the pills to my hand and pop them into my mouth. The plastic bis are the hooks on each lid that locks the lid down unless the white tab on the side is pressed. As it stands now, six of the seven days can no longer be locked. However, the lids do not flop open, you still have to pull on the lid to open. I purchased this style after having the non-locking open up in my computer bag. I no longer travel with. it so the locking feature is not essential. I very much like the curved button which makes it so much nicer to slide out the pills. Given the breakage of the plastic, I'm not likely going to buy this again given the lower quality plastic used. My original locking organizer didn't have this breakage. I will be looking at the alternatives before I buy this again.

Here I show the large and small locking pill cases with a Metformin pill in Sunday slot, followed by an iron pill, a calcium pill, a mini-fish oil, and a standard vitamin D pill. Pros: •Two Metformin can fit in each cubicle of the small size and it still closes easily. •Six Metformin can fit in each large sized cubile •16 Metformin can fit into the 2XL cubile •They have a swooped front edge, so getting pills out is easier. •locking mechanism works perfectly •Stays closed when dropped from counter to floor •prevents my dog from scrambling for meds if I drop it •keep baby out of meds •clear lettering •Braille •small size fits easily in purse Cons: •When you put large pills in the small container the swooped edge is less effective than in the larger container. •this would not be good for someone who struggles with dexterity issues, as it requires some “childproof” dexterity. This is not an issue for us. •2XL case is very large. Would love to see an AM and PM locking case in a smaller size.

I've used this for a month or two now, and traveled with it too. It works pretty well, though the opening mechanism can be a bit fiddly so not ideal for someone with motor coordination issues. Sometimes the tablets tend to jump out if the opening mechanism sticks. Other than that, it's all good.

Does the job

Pratico, compatto e perfettamente tascabile. E' diviso in 7 scompartimenti, uno per ogni giorno della settimana, segnalati con l'iniziale del giorno (anche in braille). La misura è davvero perfetta perchè è piccolino (circa cm 12 di lunghezza) ma con un'ottima capienza (ogni scomparto può contenere fino a 3 pasticche di circa 1 cm di diametro, tipo Moment per esempio). Il vero punto di forza di questo articolo è la chiusura di sicurezza che evita che il contenuto vada sparso all'interno della borsa, assolutamente fondamentale visto che solitamente questi oggetti tendono ad aprirsi, che può essere aperta premendo il pulsantino bianco presente sulla sinistra. Consigliato!

Bought one before. This is great for travelling. Lock works great. Box a good size, very fast delivery. Definitely recommend
