Thank you for your question! Once you have added your boxes in the app and synced them, you can log in to the website you can download your list in excel format.

Q: How easy is it to move a single item from one box to another?

Not clear about what you want to do: if you mean, can you create an inventory for one box, then take one item out and relocate it in a second box, all you'd have to do would be to update your original box's label, and put your moved item into a fresh box and inventory it there. (Be sure to make a note on the first label that you've taken this item out.) Truly, the labels are so cheap, it's an easy thing to abandon one and start fresh.
