Not sure I understand the question, but as long as you follow the instructions given they will last. I usually don't you mine for 1 to 2 weeks after receipt and they are still wonderful.

how long can whole truffles in olive oil be kept?

I've never had them more than a couple of weeks before using them and they are usually sealed in the jar so I would think until you break that seal & let air in they should be okay. ???
