This book gets it. Some days you're just grumpy, and that's fine. It's a funny, relatable, good reminder that we don't have to fix every bad mood. Sometimes, we just roll with it. Perfect for kids and well, honestly, adults too.

Such a cute book, and I enjoyed the illustrations. I also enjoyed the price! $7 and some change when it’s priced at $17.99, can’t beat that! A nice hardback cover too, quality children’s book. My son is only 6 months old but I’ve been building his book collection. I read to him now and can’t wait until he actually understands the stories, nice edition!

We bought two books from the Grumpy Monkey series, and my 4-year-old really enjoys them! The stories are engaging and spark a lot of questions, which makes for great conversations. The illustrations are adorable, and the characters keep her interested every time we read together.

I am a teacher that is getting ready to retire and work with preschool children in their homes instead. I am buying my favorite books to have on hand. Grumpy Monkey is a book that all the students love. it talks about emotions in a fun relatable way.

My children love the expressive words and pictures in this book. They like how Jim changes his appearance to try not to seem so grumpy. It has a good message as well. Sometimes life isn't fun. And once you accept it, it can be a bit easier. Also it is nice to have friends who care along for the ride.

So cute! Our toddler loves it.
