So soft and rich!!I love how balanced the flavors are - not too sweet, and the chocolate part is rich without being overwhelming ( I did not used the glaze here to keep it more polished).Definitely keeping a box of this in my pantry for future gatherings or when I want to whip up an impressive dessert with minimal effort. Highly recommend!

I made this cake for my husband's birthday recently. I didn't realize there would be no English instructions (so assuming) and had to have the box translated. Luckily, I have German family and they saved the day.This cake is moist and not overly sweet. It is denser than cakes I am used to but I really enjoyed that!The chocolate glaze gives it just a touch of sweetness and it pairs so well with a simple ice cream.
