Great soy milk for lattes and cappacino!
Some brands do no froth, or they taste too thin. This one tastes good, it's a bit too sweet, so you can only use this as a beverage, works great for coffee drinks. I prefer fresh soy milk for beverages other than coffee...but that's a different flavor profile that isn't suitable for coffee.

A sweet treat…
I think about this soy milk more than I like to admit. There’s something about the creaminess and sweetness that I really enjoyed. I originally ordered one carton to add to my morning coffee for the week. It could have been any, but the “ultra” intrigued me. I may have used it for one morning coffee but I think this lasted two days because I kept drinking it on its own. It was that good. And no kidding about the “ultra”; it tastes concentrated and I think other soy milks out there seem so watery in comparison. I plan to order more soon, and maybe even freeze a little to make some ice cream…

Finally, a Soy Milk for the Creamiest Lattes Ever
This is the best soy milk for creamy lattes with low glucose levels. I've compared this to straight soy, soy barista, half soy / half 2% milk, almond milk and every combination with protein powder in search of the perfect milk that kept my glucose level below 130. And with 30% calcium and 10 g of protein, it doesn't get any better. I highly recommend this brand. Please never stop making it.

I miss Trader Joe's tetrapacked soy milk. This ain't it.
For whatever reason, Trader Joe's decided to discontinue one of their best products: half gallon, tetrapacked soy milk in two flavors that was shelf-stable if unopened. Oh, and for less than $3. Perfection. But now that's gone so I went hunting for an alternative. This soy milk is great. It is smooth. It does not have a basic flavor. The water ratio is ideal, making the thickness very pleasant. The problem is the cost and the size. Compared to the TJ stuff, this is rather expensive. So much so that I am not going to get it from Amazon and hope to find it or something like it at my local store. So far no luck.

Best soy milk for frothing.
Great soy milk. Froths the best and tasted creamy with a hint of vanilla.

Watery, Oily, with Icky Gummy Bits
I shook the carton vigorously and then poured it over my cereal. It came out as a weird, watery, transparent liquid similar to skim milk. And these slimy white bits where hugging the cereal flakes. It did not have the color, taste, or viscosity of coconut milk.Real coconut milk separates but it can be easily re-emulsified with a few pulses of an immersion blender.I poured the carton of milk out and ran it through my blender. The bits still weren't emulsified. I had to run the liquid through a fine strainer to remove them.I suspect this is because the coconut milk is primarily comprised of water, guar gum, xanthan, and gellan gum.I ended up tossing all 3 cartons.
