This is a great product!! The bubbles of vinegar are fun - I can eat them right out of the bottle - but the vinegar is very tasty!

I love these little pearls to top pasta & other dishes for the taste and "mouth feel"- they 'explode' in your mouth with a burst of flavor! And they are toooo cute!

I really didn’t know what to expect when I ordered these balsamic beads however, I was eager to give them a shot after seeing them on a cooking show. I was pleasantly surprised at the burst of flavor and they go great on a salad with a lot less of a leaky mess that balsamic dressing can make. The jar that they come in is quite small however, sort of reminds me of caviar, but you don’t necessarily need a lot to enjoy the flavor

These are an elegant way to add balsamic to a caprese salad. Unlike other such pearls I have tried, these are firm and not mushy. They will stand up to a light tossing; just add them last and be gentle. The jar is not all pearls, but more than you find with similar products. The liquid is the same viscose balsamic of a quality aged Moderna. I plan to buy a few jars as gifts.

Item was delivered in damaged box, liquid leaked out, and says it cannot be returned or replaced. Dissapointing.

I didn’t get the burst of flavor that I was expecting but maybe the pearls need to be bigger?
