These worked PERFECTLY for individual creme brûlée’s.The containers are sturdy and even held up to me hand washing a couple of them *gently*. I imagine if I wasn’t as careful as I was, I would have ended up with some bends.The lids stay put and leave plenty of room to decorate on top. They are also great for stacking if you need to transport!The gold was a bit more on the “yellow-gold” side where I expected warm gold but they still worked and looked awesome.

Made Creme Brulee for the first time this past weekend and used these little cups as an easy-out (I was NOT washing a bajillion ceramic ramekins). I bake ALL the time and more often than not am making enough for my family, friends, and coworkers, which can become a hefty amount of people. So disposable packages are the way to go for me. These cups are pretty, but more importantly, STURDY. Yes, they are aluminum and will bend if you put too much pressure anywhere, but as long as you don't go hulk they will hold perfectly fine. They also held the perfect amount of custard. And the best part, the lids had little lips so when you stack them THEY DON'T SLIDE OFF. I'm sold. Forever. These are definitely a new staple item in my kitchen and will be used for flans, panna cottas, and a myriad of other desserts.

This was a great find! The ramekins are the perfect size for any treat and they are beautiful and elegant. The lids hold up well and are pretty secure so they don't slide off. I will buy some more once I run out. A great find!

Good for cheesecake...

I love these little things! I had to make desserts for a gathering of about 14 or 16 people and wanted to impress people with my creme brûlée. Of course I do not have 14 or 16 porcelain ramekins so I found and bought these. They worked perfectly and since the gathering, I’ve used them to make creme brûlée as gifts for people and don’t have to worry about not getting my ramekins back. I will definitely be buying more of these once I run out. So useful! And the lids are perfect too, secure nicely. Nice presentation and no plastic wrap to obscure my handiwork or worry about not holding. This was exactly what I needed.Btw, if you want a super easy creme brûlée recipe that doesn’t require a blow torch, look up “How to Make Crème Brûlée Without a Blow Torch” or “Make This Dreamy Crème Brûlée in Your Broiler (‘Cause Who Has a Blow Torch?)” by Jessie Oleson Moore. It’s the first recipe I used and now even though I do have a culinary torch, I still use the same recipe and brûlée with the torch at the end instead. Super easy and impresses people who only get it in restaurants.

They look so nice. Made mini flans and they worked out great. The lids fit well but if you’re not gentle with the cup, the edges can bend making it a little challenging to replace the lid. No biggie. I’ll be buying these again.

These are perfect! We're using them for a surprise mini dessert at our wedding. They're very well made and withstand heat well. They stack well too. The resulting amount is perfect for a single serving. The gold is a bit less bright than pictured (at least on my screen) - it's not tacky at all.
