The product is metal except for the very important fitting that connects to the shower. It is cheap plastic with terrible threads. Very disappointed to find out I have to pay for shipping and the company will only accept the item back in perfect condition. The fitting broke as I screwed it on and now I have a useless shower attachment that I am not willing to pay for the return not that they would accept it anyway.

Really? At this price you had to make parts of the handle out of plastic. That broke right away. Makes cleaning a bitch. The other,older, one I have is built for the job. This one works too but you can see the "cheap as amazon" label all over it.A utilitarian item with only one purpose in mind. Profit.Wouldn't it be nice to be able to clean it just as easily?

Connection ends are made of plastic, which are extremely easy to break. Was installing and broke in two, as you can see by the picture. DO NOT BUY, They will not replace the product either. Company does not reply when you try to initiate a return or replacement. Then, when you try to file a claim with Amazon, it then tells you that the product is not eligible for return, even though, it clearly says the product can be returned within 30 days (which I am well within).

This item is poorly made. All fitting are plastic and will crack easily. The customer service and return policy is horrible. All items are returned at customer expense, non-refundable. Do not purchase this product.

this leaked at every junction, the rubber? silicon? (hopefully the latter) has an uncomfortable seam that should have been avoided with proper mold making and it is a little large if one was not accustomed to such things.

I really like this Cleanstream system. It works well. The diverter included is cheap and couldn’t be used. I did have to replace it with a good quality diverter. That is why I gave is 3 stars.
