Germander in Skullcap - DANGEROUS
I highly believe their skullcap is part germander- a common herb that can be unintentionally or intentionally added to poorly sourced skullcap.Germander is mostly known for being HIGHLY toxic to the liver. I’ve got a strong liver, so I thankfully haven’t noticed symptoms with that yet.However, I am experiencing ALL of the secondary symptoms that come with ingesting germander including insomnia, dehydration, and heart rhythm issues.Ever since drinking this tea tonight, my eyes are wide open and I’ve only gotten an hour of sleep. This never happens to me. I’ve just been laying here, feeling like I had a strong cup of coffee since 11pm and it is now 6am.I’ve drank over 2 liters of water since trying to go to bed and I’m still thirsty.And my heart has been acting insane all night. I almost had my husband take me to the ER.It HAS to be cut with germander. Shame on you.
