This is a challenging workout. Very fast paced. I like the different daily workouts, it keeps me from getting bored by doing the same workout. :) ;)

Great diversity of workouts and all at intense levels.
A reviewer who said there are no ten second breaks as needed for Tabata is WRONG. There is even a displayed countdown clock for the ten seconds and whistles to let you know when to start up. The mistake might have come from the conditioning segment which has no rests, but the Tabata segment after that is timed.I am 67 so I modify some of the exercises with the methods shown and I do not do five workouts a week, only three. Three other days I do weights at the gym. I love how having 15 workouts means it will be a long time before I can get bored with this program.

Not for beginners
I am still doing Week 1, but like it so far. The workout is quick, but includes warm up, conditioning, tabata, core, and cool down segments. There are options for additional cardio or strength segments on some of the workout. There is quite a bit of jumping, and while there is a person doing a modified version, it might not be enough of a modification for some.

Good program
I enjoyed this program a lot. The coach is a good motivation, the fast pace a lot of ups and downs, fun from beginning to end.The only thing i can say bad about this is that sometimes the coach can start the exercise without saying or showing what are we doing, not always.
