Great research. Excellent job
I didn’t even know there was a book on the Phantom Chords. I was really excited to buy it.I appreciate the work the writer put in on this.Great research. Excellent job!I am a BIG “Damned” fan, and a HUGE “Vanian” fan so it was really neat to read about Dave’s venture.

all the news that's fit to print
Gathered within this slim morsel is all the news that's fit to print regarding that ever elusive light that burned too bright, The Phantom Chords. Stalwart uber fan Barry Hutchinson does us all a favor with this decidedly exhaustive tome, in capturing the genesis, ins and outs, and seemingly anti-climactic end to the Dave Vanian-led side project that could've been much more. Also Roman Jugg.

Awesome book
A terrific read for all fans of the mighty Phantom Chords. I find myself re-reading this over and over - it brings back many happy memories of concerts attended many years ago. If only the un-released / unfinished albums could find the light of day!

great band, great book
really enjoyed this, Barry is clearly long time fan, has been doing fine website for years, made me dig out youtube version of unreleased album and add to other one to make great tape for driving. Well written and researched, shame DV as elusive as ever, very chatty on Radio 2 today.... great band, great book

Phantom Chords Book
There's not much to read in this book as there are not many pages and it is a tad boring. Overpriced for what it is. Disappointed.
