He carries them around everywhere and sucks on the ear at night. Essentially they are his pacifier, safety blanket, best friends, and soother all in one. They get washed a few times a week and has held up nicely. I can tell the stuffing is starting to clump together in some areas, but all the stitching has held up and stuffing has stayed inside. It is excellent quality.Because of the material, I never put it through the dryer. If you put it through the dryer the fuzz on it will probably melt, ball up, and look like trash. This Elephant is also very soft and cuddly, it is light grey with pale pink inside the ears and on pads of feet...I am 63 yrs old but I love elephants and bears and this is such a joy to me to look at and cuddle.
