Rawlplug 04 004 Masonry Nails (100) 2.5 X 30mm (100 pieces)

Bought these to use on some outdoor Christmas decorations, they were hard work trying to hammer into brick / masonry. They did go in a bit so not completely useless and you get quite a few for the money.

I was sick of the nails bending when I was trying to hammer them in a brick wall so bought these.. great, no more bending and you can really get them in because the point is sharp so they actually go through (with some force)

Worked well

They served the purpose for which they were bought. More substantial nails would be needed for other jobs.

When my daughter said, "Why do my picture nails bend when I bash them in?" I was delighted to give her a 30-second lecture on the benefits of hardened masonry nails. I exceeded her boredom threshold but fixed her problem.

I bought these to put up a piece of carpet on the garage wall to stop my car door getting hit but they would not go into the brickwork, two bent whilst trying, the third attempt was put into the cement in between the bricks, this was also hard to do but it went in eventually.

Excellent value at £1.84 for 100 - have put up a number of pictures in brick/stine walls and all the nails stood up well - no bending.
