This is a full automatic BGA rework station, with automatic optical CCD camera, chip feeder, soldering and desoldering, used for mobile phone, computer, PS3/4 and other PCB repaired. 1. Full automatic chip feeder, which can be available for 1*1~80*80mm chip(IC, BGA, QFN and Flip etc.) 2. IR preheating area, carbon fiber heating tubes imported from Germany and covered by glass-shield, which can prevent any small components even though dust from dropping inside, in order to better make machine run. 3.Display screen with 15 inches, which can be zoomed in or out 10~220 times, and the optical CCD lens imported Panasonic, it make sure the pictures imaging on the display screen are perfect clean. 4. Electric relay from Omron, stepper from Pansonic and power supply modules from Meanwell etc. which provide the best quality, and then this machine has the best quality for you using. 5.
