Good quality, but lettering much smaller than advertised
The backpack itself is good quality. My daughter was very disappointed with the size lettering and numbers on the back. They are a lot smaller than what is shown.

waste of money
I bought this as a birthday present for my oldest daughter, she loved it. The problem is that she has only been packing it since school started in August and the straps are tearing up!!!! We have already, had to fix it before, now they are doing it again!!!! It cost way to much to to be tearing apart this quickly!!!!!

Bad quality over aesthetic?
When it came one of the zippers was broken and the other pops of a lot I'm super sad cause I love the design but I don't see it surviving a year. I really hope it doesn't give out on my in the middle of winter!
