FeosolBifera Iron Caplets Complete 30 ea (Pack of 6)

This stuff is the bomb. I took double the recommended amount throughout the second and third trimester of my pregnancy to get my iron levels up. It did the trick. Takes about three weeks to see results. This is the only product that didn't wreck my guts. I took it at bedtime, in the middle of the night, and first thing in the morning as an empty stomach (or with a glass of OJ) is the best way to absorb the iron.

Does not cause heartburn.

This brand was recommended to me when a friend was watching me going into a painful experience with the Iron supplement I was taking. I have to take 3 of them to equal one of the other pills in correct dosage from my doctor, and NO PAIN! I would suggest that anyone who is told to take Iron supplements try this brand before quitting taking the Iron. It was honestly getting to the point where I was weighing out the pain versus my blood cell levels.

The product was shipped as promised. It is much too soon to know if Feosol has increased my iron level.
