Impressive, can use a couple of tweaks.
After spinal surgery, it was recommended that I get a walker. After looking at what was available, I decided on this rollator, because it offers many options. I can use this as a walker and a seat whenever I needed it. I purchased a cup separately to hold my beverage, cellphone, keys and wallet securely. There is also a bag to carry any items. This rollator folds pretty flat, but not completely, you will need room for it. Update: After suffering several injuries and surgeries, this has been a life safer. If I could make a suggestion, please make the foot rests adjustable to elevate either leg. I've owned this since 2022. I like how versatile this can be, although one other suggestions is that they lock the folded seat into place in a semi opened position, so it could be used as a knee roller. This could be a universal tool for the elderly, rather than piling up with a bunch of things to clutter the home. The beautiful light blue paint finish is intact and nothing has broken with many uses.

Solid product and customer support/parts
I’ve had this product for almost a year now and use it as a rollator and as a transport chair for others to push me in. It’s a great product. Exactly what I was looking for. I even custom sewed a cute cover for the back rest. The back seat ends pop off but you can glue them on. I lost a knob screw that must have loosed and then fallen as I loaded this in the car and I contacted the company and they replaced the part for free and it was delivered to me in less than 48 hours. So I highly recommend this company because it’s worth it to get a product you can get parts for and with great customer service. I’ve also flown domestically and internationally with this and have had no trouble and it’s held up, and I’ve checked it and taken it on board. As might be expected it’s best when someone pushes you on more flat surfaces and I’ve heard it’s a bit more tiring to push on anything that isn’t pretty flat than my normal wheelchair but some situations I also want to walk sometimes or don’t have someone to push me so I need this type of device or need it so I have a chair always with and a place to carry my bag. Overall highly recommend.

Two DME in one
I bought this item with the intent of not having to take around a walker and a wheelchair when I go somewhere. I haven’t used it on an outing yet. I did sit to try it out, and the two rods the seat is attached to jut out and and are uncomfortable under my legs. I am looking for some material to wrap around them to solve that issue. Also, when footrest pushed to side and locked in place, it flops down, so I got Velcro ties to secure them. Other than that, I look forward to having a piece of equipment that I can use as a walker and then sit down and be pushed in like a wheelchair. Much easier for my caregiver/family. The seat is a comfortable width and seems sturdy enough. Hopefully it will be easy to push me around when used as transport chair. I’m glad I finally bought one (I’ve been researching this type of equipment for a year or more). Also a good price. The less expensive ones had smaller seat dimensions; I needed 18” width.

Walker/ wheel chair
I used this while on a cruise before knee surgery. It worked wonderfully. I used it as a walker, until my knee hurt so bad I gave in and used it as a wheel chair. Work well for both operations. The foot rest do not stay up well so I tied them up when not in use. Many people asked where I got it. I would tell them and the price. They were surprised that it was so reasonably priced. I hope I never need it again, but I know it will work well for me if I do. Sturdy and lightweight. I took it on the plane, easy the go through check points with.

Great help for my elderly uncle, and outstanding customer service!
We got this Rollator for my elderly uncle, who lives in an assisted care facility. This has made it a lot easier to take him to events where he has to walk long distances since he can be wheeled sitting in the chair. He really enjoys it and so do we and his caretakers. It’s light, easy to fold up to put in the back of a car, and yet also sturdy enough despite his large size and weight, over 6 feet tall and over 200 pounds. We’ve got a lot of good use out of it, taking him to concerts and other events that he really enjoys. Somehow, after about eight months, a bolt, holding the foot rest on fell out and was lost, which made it harder to use. I emailed the company, not really sure if I would get any response, but within a day, a new bolt was on its way to us by FedEx. Kelly in customer service was outstanding helping us track the package and find it after it went to the assisted care facility instead of our own house. Amazingly good customer service, and a great product!

Good idea product-w poor quality
It started off being a great idea to own this device. But I soon came to find out there are many issues w it. It is an average product. I don’t use this often as I don’t live w my mom and she’s the one needing it. She weighs 170 lbs and is within the weight limit of the device. I like the fact she can easily swap from a walker to a wheelchair. There are a few draw backs on the item - There is no armrest and no option to attach armrest. It is uncomfortable if you need to tuck your arms in or you feel they are out of place. Often my mom will use my gripping handles as armrest, making it very difficult to push and control. There is no cup holder and I cannot find one that can be installed to it as the frame is irregularly shaped. The frame is lightweight and flimsy. Initially it was decent and after I used it for about 5 x, it’s becoming wobbly and clicking at many of the connections. The frame also bends sometimes when there is a little bump and I didn’t see the little bump and try to push it. The wheels are small and w the way the center of gravity is, if there is a red tile w some gaps at the tile connections, the wheel(s) can get jammed or briefly stuck and if I’m pushing it and not reacting to that resistant quick enough, I’d be face planting my mom to the ground. The seat is flimsy and not so comfortable for her. It also started to tilt forward when she’s in the walker position and trying to sit and rest briefly to continue on. She keeps slipping out of the seat and is a high fall risk. The pouch that comes w the devise won’t fit correctly and ripped on initial assembly

A few tips and comments
Having read the reviews and had similar problems with this walker, thought I'd pass on my experience. 1) the height of the handles won't adjust. There are buttons either side of the upright tube. If you're not seeing any buttons on one or both sides to get the height adjusted, use a hammer and gently tap under the top handles . NOTE - you may scar the finish - but I found that it DID release the buttons from the very bottom and I was therefore able to adjust accordingly. 2) The hand brake. I had a whale's own time pushing the brake down to lock all the wheels before you can allow someone to sit on it without it rolling out from under them. They were very stiff and I was thinking this particular design doesn't allow for that important safety factor. Actually, it does. I used the palm of my hand sideways on one brake and shoved it down floor-wards. Then I did the other. It is just very stiff till you get used to it. I bought it for another who is unable to walk for more than 30-45 minutes on a good day, thinking it would provide more enjoyment and confidence for him as he loves to get out and about even if it is basic chores. This way, he knows if/when he does run out of steam, he won't get anxious looking for somewhere to sit in a big store. Its right there. We put a shopping basket on the seat itself so he doesn't have to haul a walker in and out of a shopping cart and now he just uses this instead of the cart. He likes that it doesn't rattle and shudder your teeth when going to car parking lot, unlike the basic standard walking frame with the 2 front wheels only. Is it a transport chair? I think for what I plan to use it for, - from car to doctors office, or shop to car, yes. In other words, short distances on even terrain. I suspect it will be hard for me to manouevre when he's in it, as he's 250, and this model probably needs a very wide turn. But when the alternative is having your loved one pass out on the floor of a store, (which he has done) it ticks ALL the boxes. 3 Another reviewer said - and I took his advice.....use a bit of velcro on the frame and the foot rests so they stay put when not in use. An easy fix. Thanks to the person who suggested that. 4 He finds it runs away from him a little compared to the basic walking frame, but he's getting used to using the brakes lightly to prevent that. 5 Also it is a little narrower than the walking frame. While the size of the frames are pretty much the same, the brake hardware on both sides reduces that width a little. Again, I think he will get used to it as he uses it more. Overall, an excellent solution at this price point, in my particular circumstances, and hoping this will be helpful to others.

Difficult to use
I was hopeful that this product would serve as a good transport device for walking and being driven. The walker is very difficult to use, especially turning corners, as a rollator or transport chair. The footrests do not lock into place so even when they are locked to the side they do not stay up making it impossible to get through most doors. Very difficult to release the footrests when at the side. The onlt good thing I found about this unit was the ease in folding up.

Good product
I love the rollator/transporter but please send me the bag that goes along with it to me. Please confirm you will do so.
