Nicely ground mt2 taper, fits perfectly into the tailstock. Bearings in the head run smoothly.

I like the precision and design of the live centre.I used the centre to turn a one piece crankshaft with six offset centres, a normal dead centre would have no doubt overheated and probably burnt, the live one worked perfectly
