Spa Gift Basket of Relaxation Bath and Body in a warm Vanilla scent - Perfect Spa basket just for her

The basket is NOT a tote, and has HALF the products that are listed in the description. I’d love contacting the seller to see if there’s anything that I can do. Other than that, I’m returning this totally inadequate gift.

This is a tough product to review. The contents are all very nice, but the "faux leather tote" doesn't look anything like it does in the products listing photos. It's missing many of the stitching details and...is gold colored...not leather. And without trying to sound too harsh...is not the nicest looking gold either. I bought this as a gift for my wife and she truly does like all the items that came in the basket. Everything feels and smells very nice. However, when I showed her a picture of what the tote was supposed to look like, you could see a bit of disappointment in her eyes. Price wise, I will fully admit that trying to piece this together from a local store such as Target would be hard to match and its presentation is indeed very nice. I'd rate this purchase 3.5 out of 5 stars. Good products on the inside, but a misleading basket photo and product description take it down a notch.Update #1 - (For all fairness)I reached out to the vendor who responded by saying they were out of the brown tote (reasonable seeing it was the holidays) and would be sending out a different leather tote. This response came the day after I sent the email which was greatly appreciated. Waiting on delivery of the tote, but I am thankful for their swift reply thus far. Will update rating after the tote arrives.
