Vega Home Products is great to work with. We had a problem with our Krugg medicine cabinet. We contracted Krugg and after getting the run around for a couple of months, we emailed Vega Home Products to see if they could help us. They responded to our email quickly and efficiently. Because of Vega's intervention, we received the replacement part from Krugg within a week. Thank you Vega Home Products.

I used this for a bathroom we remodeled to make it wheelchair accessible. The 36" height is enough that I could mount the mirror 38" above the floor (ADA allows 40", but I wanted some extra because of the light strip). My son in law who is 6'4" could still see the top of his head when he was standing in front of it, so that worked out as well as I hoped. I have it above a countertop that is 30" wide and it is plenty big for the space but not too big.This cabinet is crazy heavy. It was installed by a contractor, and I'm sure I couldn't have done it by myself because of the weight.The mirror is loaded with features but not as well thought-out as it should be. The mirror has a power on/off switch built into the mirror. So if you want to dim the light, you have to provide your own dimmer. The thing that was most bothersome is that the outlet doesn't have a ground fault circuit interrupter, so my contractor had to change it out. So I lost the USB charging ports in that exchange.Overall it looks very nice and seems to be of top quality. The features are nice, but I don't know if I'll end up using them very much.

I received the mirror cabinet and it is quite beautiful but the outside mirror light did not work. I contacted the company and they offed a 50.00 discount for my trouble and to replace the outside mirror part which is the problem. I appreciate not having to take the mirror out and send back because I have paid an electrician to install it and it is quite heavy. The company Krugg is a good company with quality products therefore I can recommend the mirror cabinet and if by chance there is an issue the company is willing to help you and stand by their products.

First of all, the cabinet is made of high-quality materials and looks great! But it can kill you! Imagine my surprise, when I plugged a simple outlet tester, into the inside outlet and found "reversed polarity"! That can be extremely dangerous as it can allow the exterior aluminum shell to become energized. IE: Your medicine cabinet is one side of the circuit and your grounded faucet is effectively on the other. Touch both at once and you have 120 volts flowing through you! Plus, anything plugged into the outlet could get improperly energized, as well.A typical consumer will not notice the problem until they get zapped. I bought 3 of these units and they all had the same issue.So, if you have this unit, use a $10 outlet tester to see if it is safe. If you are considering buying this, you might want to get assurances that the issues have been corrected.

I had an issue with the front mirror not lighting when the button was pressed. After tracking down a customer service person who was happy to help, I was asked to send a video of the problem. A couple of weeks later, I was sent a new door, and my lighted, mirrored medicine cabinet is awesome! ! It is even better than I could have imagined--beautiful and functional at the same time. Both the manufacturer and distributor called me to follow up to verify that the problem was corrected. I will purchase another for my next home.

It cannot replace the light in your bathroom. The light is dim. It's beautiful. It has lots of storage. It's pretty. I'd say for the price I expected brighter light. Again, the storage is awesome.

Broken mirror twice during shipment. Put it in my home in April. It is now October and the light doesn’t work on the front. I wouldn’t buy this again. We bought two but I am very frustrated and disappointed.

I love that it has electical outlets inside. It is a very attractive cabinet. Unfornutely, I was shipped the wrong cabinet first, (it was during the covid pandemic). No one responded to my pleas to correct or replace the cabinet. We were building a new home and running out of time, so I order again. This time they shipped the right cabinet, which I love. But, I have one sitting in my garage in the box it came in and no one has ever tried to solve my problem. So beware!
