Good Value
First let me begin by saying those who rated this product with one star could not have received the product I did.Did I have problems: YesMy 80 year old eyes could not read the instruction manual:Adapt, overcome, I scanned the manual at 300 DPI and displayed it on my 27” iMac. Problem solved, I could read it from the floor where I spent my assembly time.Parts did not align:I used a round shaft Phillips head screwdriver to bring the parts together.I liked the screws being in place instead of a plastic bag you rip open and then chase things that disappear into dark places. All of the parts are well made and very sturdy.Would a second person have helped. I have never played well with others and by the time I explained what I wanted I could do it myself.Once the seat and back were assembled it became problematic sliding onto the base.Adapt, overcome, remember I’m 80. I tipped the seat/back upside down and braced it against a low dresser. It was then easy to lift the base in place. Tipped it upright and was ready to go.This is a very comfortable chair, it’s very adjustable, from upright to full recline. I have slept in the chair with no discomfort in the morning. The chair has taken the place of a computer chair and a recliner freeing up a bunch of space in my home office. One year on, still like the chair but has developed a squeak that I can not resolve, no amount of lube has fixed it.Obviously I can not reach the problem.

Was comfortable and easy to assemble...
I bought this chair back in April and have used this daily (about 3-4 hours daily). Overall, it's been a decent chair. I'm 6' and 210lbs, so I'm within the limit of this chair by a long shot. I like a little firmer chair so that wasn't an issue. Assembly of the chair wasn't bad either, roughly 45 minutes for me taking my sweet time. The reclining feature is also quite nice. The pillow is also pretty comfortable as well. Sadly, this is where I come to an end with my positives.Since end of July, I've had issues slowly pop up and not just minor issues. Both arm rests have broken. They spin in circles with no resistance and they won't lift up and more. You lift them up, they fall back down. The massager worked for only a few times, but now won't even power on (honestly though, it's not really massaging, just vibrating so this isn't as big of an issue). The reclining piece has broken, so if I put any resistance on the back, it just leans back. The chair will not stay at a higher position. You sit in it and falls straight to the floor. Finally, the foot rest is very flimsy. You put any weight on it and you can feel it trying to bend. This isn't the first chair I've put together either.

Long term use, still a winner
Product is great. The only two problems I have with it are the "leg rest" and the pillow. The legrest doesn't extend far enough out for a person of my size 6'4" 275lbs but I'm used to that. Also the massage pillow stopped working, but I had used it for several hundred hours estimated, and had accidentally pulled the connection out of place moving away from an outlet as it is a rolly office chair. I'd recommend hooking it up portable to power somehow, but the battery pack I had wasn't strong enough. It could typically charge a phone but not power the massage unit. The only thing I would change about this unit are the arm rests, as they aren't soft at all, but they are extremely sturdy and height adjustable. Also I switched out the plastic. Wheels for "rollerblade" casters so I didn't have to buy a mat for the wood floor protection. Other than that I use this chair for 8+hours a day for work and continue to game through the night with no discomfort. This is not a paid review, but I'm sending the li k to my friend for him to buy. Cheapest chair for the weight support, and I did my research. 20min assembly all tools needed are supplied and I liked that the hardware is already screwed in place so you know what screw goes where, provided you don't just take them all out in one go like a dummy.
